Join us Tuesday, July 16
Gene Siskel Film Center
164 N. State Street

for an evening of community
and great movies!

As the only movie theater in Chicago Loop's Theatre District, onTuesday, July 16 we will be hosting our first-ever Neighborhood Night as a welcome to workers, visitors, and most notably area residents to experience the unique cinema. Attendees will enjoy being a member for the night paying only $6 per screening, with a special reception courtesy of Whole Foods Market.

We have a great lineup of films planned for the evening: Stanley Kubrick's classic satire
DR. STRANGELOVE OR: HOW I STOPPED WORRYING AND LEARNED TO LOVE THE BOMB; '60s and '70s excess in Paul Raymond biopic THE LOOK OF LOVE, the latest Michael Winterbottom-Steve Coogan collaboration; the legendary GRAVE OF THE FIREFLIES from Japan's animation powerhouse, Studio Ghibli, a heart-rending story of two young children who lose their mother in a World War II air raid.

Movies will be shown at 6:00 and 8:00 pm with a reception for all ticket holders from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. To RSVP, simply purchase a ticket (available in person at our box office only)--visit the links for the movies above to view trailers and descriptions.

Join us for a night of summer fun!
